Dr. Natalie Lindsey-Milam was born and raised in Arkansas. She passed through Kansas for a few years where she met her future husband, but she got to Texas as fast as she could and has proudly called it home for well-over 30 years.
She received her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University with a major in biology and a double-minor in chemistry and Spanish. She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry degree with Honors from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Two years after obtaining her Doctorate, she completed additional certification as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
Dr. Lindsey-Milam lived in Houston nearly 20 years before moving to the Austin area. Her Houston patients sought her out in Austin in hopes of continuing their eye care with her. While at the V.A., she was also Adjunct Clinical Faculty of the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry.
